Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

The App is provided subject to these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By accessing or using the App, you confirm you are at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and capable of forming a binding contract.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device you own or control.

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
• Use cheats, exploits, or automation software not expressly authorized by us.
• Disrupt or interfere with the App's servers or networks.

3. User Account & Responsibilities

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Monetization: In-App Purchases & Advertising

A. In-App Purchases (IAP)

The App may offer virtual items or premium features for purchase ("In-App Purchases").

• All purchases are processed by the respective platform store (Google Play or Apple App Store). We do not handle payment details.
• All sales are final. We do not provide refunds unless required by platform policy or applicable law.
• Virtual items have no real-world value and are licensed, not sold.

B. In-App Advertising (IAA)

The App may display third-party advertisements. The selection and delivery of ads are managed by our partners. Your interactions with ads are governed by the advertiser's own policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including all content, graphics, user interfaces, code, and design, is owned by or licensed to Hefei Jiabei Technology Co., Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted herein, no rights are transferred to you.

6. User Content

If the App allows you to submit content (e.g., comments, usernames), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the App. You represent you own or have the rights to any content you submit.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HEFEI JIABEI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party. You access such links at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the effective date and/or posting a notice within the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hefei, Anhui Province, China.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
